Not suitable for: Wrap-around sunglasses and frames with non-removable lenses

• We ultrasonically deep-clean, sanitise and polish your spectacle frame
• We can fit new nose pads for £5 and new pads & arm tips for just £10 (subject to availability)
• On completion, we return your glasses to you by next-day delivery with £500 insurance for just £5.00
• Typical turn around time 2-5 days (polarised, special tints and some prescriptions may take longer)

Please package your old spectacles carefully to avoid any damage in transit - this is particularly important with rimless spectacles. It is important that you include the following with your spectacles:

• Your name, address and contact telephone number.
• Your order reference number. This number is displayed when you go the checkout
• We recommend you send your glasses to us using tracked service. Please ensure the service you use includes adequate insurance cover for your spectacle frames.
